ELIMI are back with a new piece of northern black metal, destined to sweep away their precedessor. The formula is classic without being obsolete, thanks to a songwriting stronger than ever that created clear but complex song structures, ranging from different facets and moods of swedish black metal: melancholic, groovy, brutal, atmospheric; but also different styles because aside the primary black metal influence there are prog, psychedelic, thrashy interferences. “Asylum” could be called the album of thousand riffs, so is the infinite serie of guitars work and lead bass that makes it live and creative from the beginnig till the majestic final episode.

New Signing: CON

A new sign, a new swedish band! Its time to introduce: CON. Hailing from Goteborg, this duo performs an elitist mid paced black metal, balanced between old school and modern style, an ideal post-black metal inked to the northern tradition! Simple and catchy, but groovy and devilish! The first album, currently under heavy songwriting, will be released in coming months. Recording line-up and guest appareances will be revealed, along with cover artwork and previews, later in time.

Our feeling with Sweden is something special, so it’s not a surprise that our next conspirancy will be with a swedish band, called ELIMI. After a couple of years from their debut album “Summoned from ashes”, appreciated for their varied and sincere sound, they’re back with a new piece of northern black metal, destined to sweep away their precedessor. The formula is classic without being obsolete, thanks to a songwriting stronger than ever that created clear but complex song structures, ranging from different facets and moods of swedish black metal: melancholic, groovy, brutal, atmospheric; but also different styles because aside the primary black metal influence there are prog, psychedelic, thrashy interferences. “Asylum” could be called the album of thousand riffs, so is the infinite serie of guitars work and lead bass that makes it live and creative from the beginnig till the majestic final episode.
“Asylum” is a concept album with a psychological story and contains one long track of 47 minutes, parted in 6 chapters.

For those who are interested, after 4 years of waiting, delays, announcements, denials and so on… NIBDEM disbanded. Here’s the official statement:

“I want to inform you that Nibdem is dead. I’ve run out of inspiration for months now, and I also think that the new work so far won’t add something special to the shitload of black metal releases released every week. So I think its better to not release anything instead of something that I’m not totally happy about myself. Hope you understand.”

New Signing: NOCTURNAL DEPRESSION

We would like to introduce a new band joined us! The french elitist NOCTURNAL DEPRESSION! Considered one of the most influential depressive black metal nowadays, NOCTURNAL DEPRESSION will enchant who’s looking for deep emotions and dark visions thanks to their art that is at the same time music and poetry. We’ll release during the 2010 a dark project, inspired by H.P. Lovecraft novels, and the fifth full lenght album entitled “Spleen black metal”, the follow up of the upcoming “The cult of negation” album.

New Signing: WEDARD

A new step towards the depressive supremacy! One of the most influential pillar in depressive and atmospheric black metal of the new century: WEDARD! I guess this german band needs no introductions, thanks to their distinctive and ethereal sound that emphasizes the emotional and the melancholic side of black metal. Just few lines to announce that the new WEDARD album, the follow up of the highly praised “Wo die ewigkeit die zeit berührt”, will be released in 2010 through Eerie Art Records.
